Handy Tree Notes by PPC Utils

Handy Tree Notes helps you to maintain all kinds of plans, things to do, outliners, check lists or even day to day activities in an effective way. You can add Notes in different patterns like External File Link, hierarchical view (tree view), categorized pattern, due date (for reminders) and Password security for data.

Handy Tree notes now support Windows Mobile 5.0 also.

Handy Tree Notes File Link (Add your External files):

Handy Tree Notes now comes up with a file link option by adding a task itself.

Uses:

• You can link external files to a corresponding task by browse option.

•  File icon will be shown in Tree View.

•  Tap icon to open the file (eg:Word,Excel,Powerpoint, Wav,mp3...) from tree view itself

Handy Tree Notes View / Hierarchical View

Handy Tree Notes is based on tracking everyday notes in an hierarchical manner (supporting a rich Tree View) where one notes can contain any number/level of sub children.

You can assign different colors and icons for each Notes and know the status (done/to be done) from the Check Box attached and mark the new status with less effort.

To Modify a note, select it and tap on Modify Icon or just double tap on the Notes.

Category View

The Notes added can be categorized by choosing a category name while adding or modifying a notes. Once the notes are added under a particular category, they can be viewed in categorized view.

In this view, you can also select the date range of the notes (filtered by start/due date) with which you can selectively view the items.

The Categories can be added, modified and deleted in the Category Edit View.

Due View

The Notes can be added along with a start/due date for tracking them by date. This can be modified any time using Modify Screen. Once the notes are added under a particular category, they can be viewed in categorized view. In this view, you can also select the date range of the notes (filtered by start/due date) with which you can selectively view the items.

Notes which have No Start Date/Due Date will be displayed under All day notes section.

Reminders

Notes which has Remind Me option selected will be reminded using inbuilt Alarm Reminder.

The Show/Hide Notes in the menu option helps you to view the notes under an item quickly without requiring to open it.

Export to HTML:

The Handy Tree Notes entries will exported to HTML View for Print option and future reference.
The External file added in Tree View will also show in HTML view.

BackUp & Restore

Handy Tree Notes also helps you to Back & Restore your work in a file so that you can always have a backup file to be restored to the application just in case you lose your data accidentally.
